Making the decision 8 months ago to move our parents from their home was one of the most difficult things I have ever experienced. However, the hardworking staff at Bridgewater Memory Care made the transition as easy as possible, quickly earning our trust and working hard to make my parents feel safe, comfortable and welcome in their new home. The staff are responsive to our concerns, foster an environment that is joyful, and above all, always treat their residents with kindness, compassion and respect. I do however, feel particularly indebted to clinical director Danielle, caregiver extraodinaire Melissa, and activity director Heather, who have been with us since the beginning--always patient and supportive. I must add that I sincerely appreciate how Heather goes the extra mile to make herself accessible and communicate regularly with my sisters and me. It is Heather whom I credit for keeping mother engaged, laughing, and with a song in her heart.
Choosing a community for a loved one is tough, but Bridgewater Memory Care has been a blessing. The care team is wonderful, and a special shoutout goes to the Dietary Chef, Shannon Hayward! She puts so much heart into the meals she prepares. The food is delicious, and Shannon goes above and beyond every single day to ensure the residents are happy, comfortable, and well-fed. It feels like a real home.
Would like to give a hard worker and excellent chef a shout out. Shannon Hayward. Has always been hard worker, had always been loving and sweet with the residents at senior care facilities. You all are lucky to have her there.

Shannon Hayward gave us a tour this past April. The facility and grounds were clean and well maintained. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She knew the residents well and was engaging. The kitchen was immaculate and she’s very creative. Great job! Kim L
Shannon Hayward truly cooks with love and care for the residents. You can tell she puts her heart into every meal she prepares and genuinely cares about making sure everyone is happy, comfortable, and well-fed. Her kindness and dedication show through in her cooking, and she goes above and beyond to make each meal feel special. The residents are very lucky to have someone like Shannon who treats them with such care and compassion.
I met with Heather while visiting the facility and I am so pleased with what I saw. Heather works with patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s and from my perspective, she cares so much for the clients. She is attentive and understanding. Gentle and kind. Previous places I have visited had left me questioning if assisted living was a good option. But see the way the clients are cared for at Bridgewater Memory Care was comforting. Thank you so much Heather.
Bridgewater Memory Care has an amazing staff. One I was very pleased to meet is Heather. Her knowledge in Dementia and Alzheimer’s is astounding. The care she puts into each client and the help she provides is wonderful. Kind, gentle, and patient. This is what is needed. And that is who I want caring for my family. Thank you so much, Heather.
Recently I was visiting and had the opportunity to meet a staff member named Heather. In terms of places I feel is better help for clients with dementia, I definitely recommend Bridgewater Memory Care.
