Exceptional place clean and friendly helpful environment; resort style
My mom recently moved into The Point and has now been living here for around two months. She is settling in nicely and has enjoyed her experience so far. Her room is reasonably priced, lovely and extremely comfortable. She has plenty of room and is very happy with it. She is meeting new friends and has plenty of opportunities to play games, socialize, and go to special events. The entire staff has been great … from Ms. Ali’s tours and answering ALL of our questions with a lovely smile … to sweet Ms. Coby who helps with housekeeping. The front desk staff is also always very kind and patient.…

The front desk staff is also always very kind and patient. This gives me, as her daughter, peace of mind, knowing she is cared for and happy.

I can’t help but smile when Celeste was posted on Facebook for her kindness with her lil ducky’s. She has a big heart and it shows with love and support for family she has gained. She loves her job and the people she works with. Keep it up sweetie! You’re doing a great job!

[name removed] at Waterview did a great job helping me entice my reluctant 88 year old mother. She had her home and didn’t want to leave it! She lived alone (down the street from me), and it had become too much for her. We went for a visit to Waterview and had us stay for lunch. They did a good job letting her warm up to the idea over a matter of months. When the time came, they made her feel special and welcomed. She has been there for 3 months and has made friends. Very thankful she’s adjusting well.
In the search of finding a nice facility that still allowed my grandfather to be independent and have great amenities we found Waterview Independent Living! Ms. Alley V is amazing, she is very helpful and listens to your needs and wants! She made the moving transition so easy! Waterview would not be the same without her, she is a great Asset!!! Also concierge Leslie has been very helpful with questions or help I have needed! With these two ladies being at the Waterview I am very content with my grandfather living in his new apartment. I would definitely recommend this facility to others!
