Brookdale Lake Highlands

In the three weeks that she has been there, there have been at least four times that she has waited 45 minutes to an hour for a response. Some caretakers have been nice and helpful, but some have told her she needs to stop calling for help so much. The facility has said they are making corrections, but these things should not have occurred in the first place. I do not know why this facility was so highly rated.

Wonderful experience!!! Great facility and all of the residents are happy. My mom is well cared for and the staff is always welcoming and supportive and happy as well. Great location

More physical therapy and socialization. Most interact with the patients [name removed] the director of memory care is fantastic and is a great role model for the rest of the staff

I toured Brookdale Lake Highlands. It's small, but you feel like the community is very close. I think they only have about 40 people in assisted living care. The cleanliness is very good. They have a dining area, a small gym, and a library. The staff was excellent.

From making the decision to move my mother from independent living to assisted living, the Lake Highland staff has made this stressful decision easier by walking us through the process, answering our questions and welcoming my mother. The staff is amazing and my mother is happy. Thank you!
