4.7 · 47 reviewsIt is kept super clean. We have activities that include crafts, games, movies, etc. Some inside and some outside depending on the weather. We get housekeeping once a week and activities of daily living as needed.
My brother has been living in the Brookdale Palestine Facility for 2years. He went there with several health issues to deal with, having said this, he has been taken care of in so many ways at this place by so many caring people that are employed here. However, one comes to mind that treats me as if I am part of her huge extended family there. She always has the answers and if she doesn’t she will give it her all to make things happen. My brother has been living in the Brookdale Palestine Facility for 2years. He went there with several health issues to deal with, having said this, he has been taken care of in so many ways at this place by so many caring people that are employed here. However, one comes to mind that treats me as if I am part of her huge extended family there. She always has the answers and if she doesn’t she will give it her all to make things happen. She has so much compassion, knowledge and is magic at times. This angel/nurse’s name there is Kelly. There are not enough words to express how she has been a blessing to me and my brother is so many ways. All of the staff there, so friendly and accommodating. We love you Brookdale!❤️
My mom has lived there for the last 2 years, and their staff is so amazing! They truly care about their residents and always have activities that keep them involved and active.

My mom has been a resident at Brookdale Palestine for many years. In that time, she has met some of the nicest people. Other residents and the entire staff are like family. It's a great place to live permanently or for a short-term stay.
From start to finish Brookdale in Palestine made our process easy. The entire staff is friendly and welcomed our mom with genuine hearts. The things that I love about this facility is their staff has worked there for many years. Some over 20 years. That says a lot when you don’t have turnover like a lot of assisted livings do. The facility is well kept and has nice amenities along with engaging activities for the residents.
At Brookdale Palestine you’ll find the most caring attentive staff anywhere around. The facility is beautiful, and always clean. Amy who’s the dining service coordinator serves delicious meals to the residents. The residents have the opportunity to take part in many activities led by a terrific director, [name removed]. The nursing staff is knowledgeable and attentive, and [name removed] is the best. I had a wonderful tour where I met with the facility director [name removed] and sales and marketing director [name removed]. They made me feel right at home. I have full confidence in the facility. It’s a great place to live and you’ll have peace of mind knowing your loved one will be well taken care of.
Brookdale Palestine is the BEST. They treat the patients like family. I have been at peace knowing they will take care of my sister. The staff are wonderful with the patients. I have had my sister in several facilities. AND HANDS DOWN BROOKDALE PALESTINE IS THE BEST. The food is awesome. They accommodate the patients with what they like to eat. You couldn’t ask for a better caregiver’s.A wonderful place that doesn’t have a lot of turnover.
Do you ever worry about an older love ones’s safety? If they are respected by all the employees? A place of encouragement for everyone involved that lives there or works there? This is THAT place. Feels like home. This is where I have loved ones at. My heart is happy
