Very nice
My mom lived at Windermere for several years and was very happy and well-cared for there. The staff is exceptional, in that their care and concern for her was very apparent to our family and to mom. She was happy to have found good friends there. She appreciated the opportunity to make suggestions for creating enjoyable events and activities, and the staff most often made those activities available. The kitchen staff was also very kind to accommodate choices, especially as she began to lose interest in food. Best of all, mom felt valued and loved. Thank you to those who cared for and about…

My mom lived at Windermere from 2019 until her recent death. We visited other assisted living facilities, but our choice was obvious. While it was a big change for her everyone was so welcoming that she settled in very quickly. She thrived with the daily interaction with neighbors and staff and enjoyed staying busy and occupied. Her mood improved from day one. While it was a big step in life moving out of her home of many years, in her own words "I have a really nice place to live". They were very supportive and worked with us as hospice stepped in for the last few months of her life. These wonderful people not only cared for my mom, they cared about her, and it showed in everything they did. If you are looking for a safe and healthy place for your family member you absolutely can't ask for better. Palestine is so fortunate to have such a special place.
Our Daddy has been at Windermere Reflection a week now and I can’t even begin to express the difference it has made in his life! What a blessing it has been personally for me in the fact that Daddy is being taken care of his every waken hours! I feel such a peace and I know he does too, what a difference, you can see it in his precious little face and eyes! We are blessed with Griselda, his caregiver from Heart to Heart and Laryn his nurse from Heart to Heart and the excellent staff at Windermere, y’all they are the best! Luke and I are learning all their names from for the different shifts. I know we haven’t met them all but trust me we will! Thank you Greg, Trina & Shelby for making us feel at home!
I went to Windermere at Cartmell. The apartments were nice, and I liked them. The staff was very courteous and very nice. The food was good. I had no complaints. They showed me all the different things that they had to offer to the people living there. They had a theater room and a recreation room, and they had several activities for the elderly. The place was well maintained.
We just moved our mother into Windermere and can't rave about the staff, facility, and residents!!! While getting mom's room ready everyone was helpful and welcoming. Many thanks to all for making a hard experience less painful!!!!
