The rooms are spacious, staff is friendly. They know the residents and family members well. My Mom was always clean, and happy.
I am thoroughly pleased with Brookdale the care taker love their residents. The activity director has exercise for them every day makes sure they drink water. The staff tries very hard to take care of any problem that arises.
My dad just recently moved here and already we feel like a part of the family. Everyone is very kind and attentive. We feel that we can ask any questions and they are answered in details. My dad loves to eat there are zero complaints. The staff and management have made this are easy and effortless transition to his new home. We grateful.
the directors do not care about residents or family I have documentation on so very much that has been not handeled at all or very badly,,,caregivers are good, they just get very little training,,,food is horrible, my mother passed away there and not even as much as a phone call from them with condolence, they do not do what you are promised,,all they care about is the $$ and you for sure do not get what you pay for,,,pretty sure a prerequisite to work there is to be a good lier,,,,when they have good people that care they tend to fire them,,,,,when I moved my mom to al years ago, it was very good, when they starting changing directors it went down hill then the move to mc escalated down,, when I would call to ask for help at corporate they had me talk to the people that I was having problems with, if you care for a loved one do NOT put them here! My mom took a fall there under supervision of a caregiver, had 30 stitches and noone can tell me what happened. Too many things to list
The staff is so friendly and accommodating. It was a very comfortable environment who always welcomed the families.
Been at Brookdale for 2+ months. Very cohesive staff. Nice Director. Separate building for memory care only. Light , bright rooms, no elevator, clean. Her bed always made, and room organized (she can't do it). Good food. She broke hip and can't do anything for herself and they are helping with everything.
The experience here has been a struggle from time to time. Mostly having to do with keeping Dad showered and shaved. And his room is nearly always a mess. And of course we don't know if he has messed things up right after they have cleaned or not. But we give the staff the benefit of the doubt knowing Dad is the one messing up his room. But he tells us they are nice and take good care of him so that makes us feel like we have him in the right place. The staff is very good with Dad. He seems to like them so that gives us peace of mind. Anything we ask, they do their best to accommodate.
Good people; they care! The facility is clean and home like. Rooms are good sized and equipped with a bathroom and closet.
