I thought my dad was taken care of. Instead, he was video taped by an employee and posted on Tik Tok for over a month before anyone turned this employee in! So many rules and regulations broken and sadly we didn't know this until the week of dad's passing. So sad family has no recourse for violations such as this! Find another place for your loved ones!
Very nice, very knowledgeable and professional. All area are very clean and has a nice odor. [name removed] in food service was quiet to jump in as the MOD had an emergency.

My mother has moved into Brookdale Sherwood. She is doing good. It's comfortable. They have a nice outdoor area and indoor activities. The people there are awesome and friendly. I picked them over the other one in town because of the people that were running it. The other one was a little bit newer and nicer, but I like the people here a lot better. The common areas are nice and clean. The room is nice. They gave my mother a new carpet. They redid the floors when she moved in. The building is slightly older than the other one in town, but they do a good job with what they have. For the first time, my mother did go up and play bingo yesterday. They have a good number of activities. It seems like something is going on every day. They have the option to do it or not, but she just hasn't chosen to do that much.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about every aspect of job, and they really care about the clients/residents.

[name removed] is very knowledge at what she does. She is a great representative of Brookdale.
