First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to KaSandra for being one of the most caring, compassionate, and dedicated individuals who has overseen the care of my beloved grandmother, Charlie. We are leaving this review with complete honesty and transparency. Our family has experienced several care facilities in the area, and unfortunately, we were not always satisfied with the level of care provided or the overall condition of the facilities. However, we have always felt confident and reassured when KaSandra was involved in her role as director. Her dedication, leadership, and genuine concern for the residents made a significant difference. Courtyards Senior Living and Memory Care was not initially our first choice, but that changed when we learned KaSandra would be taking over. The transformation of the facility and the improvement in the level of care were truly remarkable. The staff has shown incredible kindness, patience, and attentiveness while caring for Charlie and supporting her through the challenges of her condition. Our family is incredibly grateful for the love, compassion, and respect shown to her during her time at Courtyards. It brought us peace of mind knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared. I wholeheartedly recommend Courtyards Senior Living and Memory Care to anyone searching for a place where their loved one will be treated with dignity, kindness, and compassion. We will always be grateful to KaSandra and the entire staff for the exceptional care they provided to Charlie and for the positive impact they made on our family.
The Courtyards is and has always been a wonderful facility to work with. We have peace of mind when referring family and friends to Kasandra Lee and David Huerta. Knowing they will take great care of them. David is always a welcoming face and a joy to be around and partner with. He adds so much value to their team!
My sister and I realized our mother could not live by herself anymore. We started looking for assisted living facilities for her. We stepped into The Courtyards and were greeted so warmly by everyone, we knew this would be the place for her. David and Cassandra made the transition so easy and were so comforting. The facility is very nice and clean! Highly recommend this facility! Thank you for putting our minds at ease!

We’ve been very pleased with Courtyard Assisted Living. Our loved one has adjusted well and receives excellent care. It gives us comfort knowing he is always surrounded by others. We are incredibly grateful for David Huertas who goes above and beyond to support our family—he was compassionate, always available, and made the transition much easier.
I am so impressed with Courtyards. My 101 year old Mother feels so pampered here. A special thank you to Stephanie who is so attentive to her. She said she treats her residents how she would like to have her own Mother treated. She is very personable and professional. Our nurse, Amy, has taken charge and in a good way. She is on top of the medications and works very well with the residents, the family members and Interium to make certain everything is correct. Jesus is another valued staff member. The other day he was just walking by when I was struggling with new door decorations. He saw me, stopped and assisted! Very welcomed help! My first Courtyard contact was with David and I was instantly impressed with his knowledge and his "can do" attitude. Kasandra has assembled a wonderful staff. Ka’Sandra, the Executive Director, is very knowledgeable and has all of the heart for her residents and staff. The staff truly care. The building is well maintained and smells nice. I definitely would trust them with my loved one!!
The director KaSandra Lee is very accessible and great because with her team the facility is well run. She has listening ears and works with everyone to grow and acquire the skills they need to advance. With her, there is room for growth. The caregivers love what they do and really do take care of the residents. I will recommend the facility to everyone because it is "Home away from Home" for residents and there is opportunity for workers to advance in their career.
It’s been a great experience so far wonderful staff with great residents !
