Karen Browne and her staff are professional, compassionate, friendly, and skilled at providing a difficult service to people with challenging needs. feel very comfortable leaving my mother in their care knowing they treat her well and go out of their way to make her feel at home. My mother has been with Brookdale for over 16 years, and it continues to be a great experience. Thanks
At Brookdale, the management staff truly makes the difference—exceptionally organized, proactive in resolving issues, and guided by a genuine, ministry-centered approach to residents and their families.
I'm so thankful for the dedicated staff at Brookdale Sugar Land. My family member is given top notch care despite the medical complexity of her needs. These staffers and care givers love their jobs and are responsive to any issues that arise.

The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The grounds are kept up immaculately. Plenty of activities for as much or as little as you would like.
Food is terrible. How long are they going to feed us old food. And they mean in there hateful people who cook that ugly food. Stop charging us for this ugly old spoiled food. Terrible food.
Everything is going very well! Staff are great and professional.
The learning period was hard, now we feel at home. The help in facilities. The office staff is great and very helpful. We have made friends which is because you are all just alike.
