I cant say enough about how wonderful the entire staff have been to both her and myself. i would mention names but I'm afraid I would miss someone and I wouldn't want to leave anyone out. From the front desk, to the office, entertainment, nursing and care, kitchen and transportation. Everyone she and myself came in contact with was absolutely wonder. Big thank you to all of them for taking such good care of my mother
My gift Mom has lived at Brookdale Westover Hills for over 7 years. She feels safe and loved here, plus when we as a family visit we are greeted like family. They have provided excellent care and , I highly recommend Brookdale. Mackey Brittain.
I am so happy we chose Brookdale Westover Hills Assisted Living for my dad. He has been there about a month and a half. The staff are wonderful. He is loving it. It has given us such a peace of mind to Know he is happy and well taken care of. The most positive thing is that he is around others and is able to enjoy the social aspects.

Moving my father from living independently in another town was a difficult decision to make for my family. Knowing my Dad is less than a mile away from me is such a peace of mind. Brookdale is home now and he is adjusting to a new life in Fort Worth.

Brookdale Westover Hills has the best staff!
I'm not impressed at all. Numerous complaints go unanswered or placated. My dad is in memory care .... and it's not good to change their environment. That is the only reason he is still there.
Robbin at Clare Bridge is attentive to my mom's needs both physical and emotional. I feel like we are partners in her care, and this has built a level of trust. They're warm with her and me at all times. Without Robbin and the associates who work well with her, I would give a very different rating.
