I have to start with a great big shout out to all the staff. Their attentiveness, and loving care is always felt. My great friend lives here in the memory care unit. I have the privilege of taking part in planned activities with her throughout the month. From bingo, the Bingo Store, baking club, cocktail hour, and Live music there is never a lack of activities to join with my Gal-Pal.
I have lived in Buffalo Creek for half a year now. The many activities have allowed me to meet the staff and other residents. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The food is good and there is even a baking club most weeks.

My mother is in the memory care and we live the living environment and the attention the staff provides. There are plenty of activities to keep her busy and even during her transition to assisted living the staff displayed so much care and patience. The facility has regular events that include the family as well. I highly recommend Buffalo Creek for senior living.
In the beginning stages of looking at a nursing home for my grandma. Angel was awesome. She showed us the apartments for both of the assisted living and memory care and was able to answer all of my questions. Everything was so clean and everyone seemed happy from the workers to the residents.
All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. They respond quickly to emails and answer any questions you may have. They respond quickly to accidents. My mom broke her hip and they were on her quickly (residents wear a necklace with button to push), called ambulance and myself.
I am beginning the process for looking for assisted living for my parents. Angel was so helpful and although this location did not fit my parent's needs, Angel provided me with names of other facilities in the area that could assist. This is outstanding customer service! I truly appreciate her help and kindness!
I can give all categories a 5. It was the best place for her the last months of her life. She passed away peacefully there on [date removed]. I was often concerned about the expense and if she would outlive her funds but God knew her time and it was not an issue. She was on hospice while there but everyone worked together and she was taken care of so well. They truly love their residents and I know it's not easy to do that all the time!
