1.0 · 1 reviewsCaraday of Fort Worth is the lowest facility they have. It is dirty. Administrative personnel do not support nurses or cna’s. Resident are left wet all shift. There is no food options. Always short staffed or no staff. Where my father was in the end hall they had residents smoking marijuana. Why they don’t get shut down I don’t know it must be political. My father is doing 150% better now that we moved him to another facility. Do not use this place.
