3.7 · 36 reviewsmy mother has been at this nursing home for a couple years & is in the hospital right now because she had a small stroke due to dehydration because the staff will put her water where she can't reach it & her bottom was sore & had some infections because they let her sit in her urine all the time. She'll be released back there in another day or so because there is nowhere else to send her but the family DO NOT want this happening again! She has been hospitalized about 4 different times this year already & yes we know how old she is but whenever you are paid to take care of our loved ones &…

my mother has been at this nursing home for a couple years & is in the hospital right now because she had a small stroke due to dehydration because the staff will put her water where she can't reach it & her bottom was sore & had some infections because they let her sit in her urine all the time. If your staff can't do their jobs get some who can!
Terrible place. They don't care about you or your loved ones. Poor management. Unprofessional and unorganized. All they care about is money. Run.

Highly Recommend! My loved one has been at this nursing home, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. I experienced the staff at their best as they gave families and friends a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner. Customer service, meeting the needs of each resident and family member. Not to mention the food was really great tasty and well presented. Residents could only talk about the great care they are given daily. Thankful to have Willow Ridge as their home.

I noticed that the building looks better inside and out.
