I love the updated new rooms and the cleanliness of the whole facility! It makes family members transition in that phase of life more comforting knowing it’s a well cared for place!
Great facility with great care.
The food is amazing! They have done lots of updates to their long-term care rooms! The rehab team Is good, also Staff is super friendly. It gives you a home like environment!
Most of the staff is wonderful. They truly care. However, Megan a CNA clearly hates her job. She is constantly giving my mom attitude. Megan has even refused to change my mother because she can't "bridge". Can you imagine your parent sitting soiled because the CNA on duty refuses to give proper care. Everyone else treats my mother like family other than Megan
Come visit CHELSEY ALLEN, our new administrator. We cannot wait to see Chelsey what she brings to CARE. Already loving her ideas.
Charlie and TEAM care are amazing. Customer Service is awesome. Love Care’s community.
My parents were in rehab at Care Nursing and Rehabilitation. They were excellent people. Everything there was fantastic. The nurses and aides were great. The meals were fantastic. There is nothing negative I can say about it. They had exercise and a lot of physical therapy there. They had bingo, puzzles, and other games like that, so they were very good.
Yeah they still other people's clothes I know my husband had a $60 shirt and I seen it on a woman and they wouldn't even get it off with her for me I asked when they said give give it to me after lunch never did ask me they do not do a good job at this nursing home it to me I and they never did they showed me one and I told him that was not it can you ask some of the staff are rude not all of them some of them are very nice but not all of them which better put your name on their clothes before you bring them cuz if you don't go end up stolen if you got a phone you better put your name on it too cuz I'll steal it too
