3.3 · 3 reviewsEXCELLENT FACILITY! I’ve been knowing the director for several years! Mrs Johnson is a well seasoned director and is very educated on the minds and behaviors of the IDD community. The employees are very helpful and keep such welcoming atmosphere! The only problem I have is getting my sibling to want to leave the facility and come home everyday. She really loves CULAC they offer so many different outings and activities! I couldn’t imagine a better place for my sibling!
Update my child did learn alot from the center and love going there. The center has done some improvement . Still has a problem playing phone tag.My first star was 1 but because of them trying to improve and my child loved it there, I will be giving it gets a 4 because no one is perfect. Everyone at the center keep up the improvement.May God Bless our loved ones.

However the ones who really is in charge, seem to be focused on how quick they can make money then about the safely of the Angels.When I sign my Angel up, I was old they were having a summer camp. Let me begin by saying the staff working there should be the one's running this center. They are the greatest and seem to really care about the ANGELS there. However the ones who really is in charge, seem to be focused on how quick they can make money then about the safely of the Angels.When I sign my Angel up, I was old they were having a summer camp. My Angle had been going to a Camp every year, but because it was far away from us, We were told that the learning center was having Camp CULAC which never happen. So them been a Texas Home Living provider they lied and kelp the funding to linethier pockets. We were told that transportation would be provided it was but was not told the AC was not working, knowing my Angel gets hot very quickly .Which lead to a heat stroke. All they could say you had 2 choices either let her ride or pick her up. THey were taking some of the funding for transportation, so why would i need to use my car.It seem everything I was lead to believe they were going to provide for my Angel did not happen yet they got the funding for it. As you walk in the music is so loud makes everyone screaming at everyone like they are mad. You can never reach anyone on the phone, clients insurance kelp trying to reach them and some chance providers because of this. Seem they were in trouble with some Insurance and could not find all their paperwork so this told all their attention away from the Angels and their needs. Again the staff was awesome and did their best . This was the worst experience my Angel and myself has ever had. My advice is look is deceiving and is sugar coating so watch they tell you. They will promise the moon to get you in there, doing just a little legal so not to get caught. I do even want to give it any star but must do 1.
