Wonderful community and staff. Emily from marketing even took time out of her day to visit my Grandmother in the hospital and brought her flowers.
The Carriage Inn in Bryan has been a great experience for our family. Dawn Martin and her team go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and at home. The community is warm, well run, and the staff truly shows it. Highly recommend to anyone considering senior living in the Bryan/College Station area.
Carriage Inn is a wonderful community with a welcoming atmosphere. The Executive Director was especially impressive—professional, personable, and truly dedicated to providing the best experience for us and our family. Highly recommend!
I have been volunteering at different retirement communities in the area throughout the years, and the Carriage Inn is a wonderful community! Clean and welcoming, and plenty of activities for the residents to do. I got to meet Dawn Martin, the Executive Director, and she has a lot of passion for what she does and is very welcoming. Just makes you feel at home when you walk in. All in all, a wonderful place and Ill recommend it to anyone looking for a loved one!!
Both my parents are living a wonderful Life at Carriage Inn. As a frequent visitor my favorite part is the staff there off the charts terms of friendliness and professionalism and care for the residents. I really can't say anything other than it was one of the best decisions we made and my parents would agree.
Only giving this place a 1 star so I can comment. This place is trying to retaliate on me because I stood up to the Ed (Cindy) Tuesday all because they are discriminating on a 25 year background but have a lady in their facility working that's on a felony drug charge now and is talking about training her on the med carts. The Ed has been coming in after drinking on serval occasions. They wanna know concerns from agency but then just as soon as agency tell them something they wanna ban us cause their staff gets caught sleeping on the job. I reported to her over a month ago that one of the residents described how an employee hit her and she swept it under the rug. She is in there handling everything backwards all because she has told so much of her personal life to the employees and she's trying to keep them from snitching on her. She allows a resident to pay a car note for staff and all
Great place to live
I like Carriage Inn - Bryan a lot. We looked at them for assisted living and independent living. They're a little more limited on their assisted living in that they do not really do people who are end-of-life, where they're bedridden and that sort of thing. At that point they're like, "You would have to take them to someplace else. We don't really have the facilities for people who are bedridden and stuff like that." Overall, I loved it. It was great. They had wonderful facilities. It's quite large too. They have a couple of different dining rooms, and they have nice courtyards. We will definitely take Mom and Dad on a tour of that one when they come out to visit, and I think they'll like it. We really like them a lot. The people were super nice and super helpful. The facilities were really nice. It's probably the top of my list, and their prices are way more reasonable.
