I visited the place once and I just love it
My mom was a resident at Carriage Inn Katy for five years & her stay here was a blessing. A very caring & loving staff took very good care of her. I am so grateful to them all.

My parents have moved into Carriage Inn Katy. They are good there. I would give them an overall rating of four because of their responses to questions. The facilities are clean and the people are friendly. My parents have only been there one day, but they said the food is really good. The building could use some new tiles on the floor and stuff, but for the most part it's appropriate. It's nice. They have a library there.
As The Promise AC and Refrigeration, we’ve had the privilege of working with Carriage Inn Katy and can confidently say they take excellent care of their residents. Speaking from experience, whenever there's an issue with an AC system, they make it a top priority to get it fixed quickly so residents don’t have to be uncomfortable for long. Their commitment to comfort and well-being is clear in how they treat everyone—with the utmost respect. Carriage Inn is a beautiful, well-kept facility, and it’s always a pleasure working with such caring people. Tony and Bill, who oversee the air conditioning needs, are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet—professional, responsive, and genuinely kind, just like the rest of the staff.
The staff at Carriage Inn are engaged, proactive, warm and friendly. Such a pleasure to see and experience!
The food is pretty great here. The community is pretty friendly and it’s a pretty lively place to be!
