Caruth Haven Court

My mother was at Caruth Haven Court for many years and she was blessed to become a centenarian at Caruth, where the occasion was celebrated with grand style! She received care from many capable caregivers, who saw to her every need. Many thanks to all who cared for her and to the administrative staff that oversaw the operations during her stay. I want to personally thank Joy and Billy for their excellence in nursing and making sure that I was notified when anything large or small came up with my mother's health and wellbeing, Kiesha, Willam, and Grace, who provided timely provision of her medications and oversaw the care that she received from the care staff. The hands-on providers of loving care to my mother are truly the unsung heroes of Caruth Haven Court. There were many over the years, but the ones that come to mind to specifically thank are Ethel, Dizebena, Hawa (both of them), Toyin, Tayo, Mariam, Hirut, and Victoria. The staff that provided wonderful meals to her are to be commended as well. Carmen, Luis and Chef Alicia many thanks as well. Cynthia, Marty, and Kadie, in activities, provided meaningful opportunities for my mother to engage in her best life. I could go on and add many more names, but I will end with this. Our experience at the community was excellent, and I am glad that I chose Caruth for my mother. She was at four other communities over the course of her long life, but the best was saved for last when I chose Caruth Haven Court.

Family of resident. First - they expect you to clean and care for resident. This place is about a half step above room and board only. It is not clean. Food is extremely unhealthy and contrary to ads they do not do diets (no heart healthy diet in a senior facility? come on!). Facility management mediocre and maintenance is non-existent. Doctor who comes in is unethical. I spent two years fighting for my loved one do not go here under any circumstance.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and care that the staff provides to every resident. The team is not only knowledgeable about memory care but also incredibly patient and compassionate, ensuring that each resident feels respected and valued. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents with memory challenges. The activities and programs are engaging and tailored to foster a sense of purpose and joy. It's clear that Caruth Haven goes above and beyond to meet the physical, emotional, and mental needs of their residents. For families looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated like family, I wholeheartedly recommend Caruth Haven Memory Care. I visited this lovely community and met the team and many residents. The dining room is beautiful, and residents were enjoying a very nice breakfast. The model apartment was larger than I expected. The residents in memory care were doing an activity and staff were really engaged with them. I would consider this community for my mother.

I was so grateful to find Caruth Haven Court. Mom has been thriving there with the wonderful staff and diverse and varied program. This was the best decision I could have made for her. This facility is top notch from A-Z! Thank you Caruth Haven Court for taking such great care of my Mom.
