3.9 · 7 reviewsThe building is well kept and clean. If the residents would not drop their trash all over it would be much nicer. It's like 2 yr old children live here. It's a small staff and it would help them if we all took responsibility for ourselves and pets.
I leased an apartment at Casa De Oro and just moved in. It has been a wonderful and friendly experience. I have a beautiful apartment that overlooks the bay. The morning light is fabulous. I looked at all the reviews before coming out to visit. I loved the property and the manager leased me a wonderful apartment. My experience was wonderful from the cleanliness to the wonderful fragrance throughout the building is so nice. I haven’t had use for maintenance yet. I look forward to living here.
I love living here it is very convenient and a great value for Corpus Christi. It’s a very expensive city to live. The maintenance works hard to keep everything going in the building. The manager is friendly and extremely helpful. She is very involved with the cleaning of the building. The cleaning lady is super nice always says hello, good morning and asks how are you. Which is very important when you live alone. The smell in the building is normally wonderful scented.

Went out my apartment to be horrified at the awful, foul odor in hallway. Don’t have access to manager or maintenance. Maybe dead pet or person. This is not first time. It’s [date removed]. There is panick and confusion among residents on this floor. I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years, in that time, there have been 2 deaths , one found after 5 days later. A break in and many precious things stolen. Woken up at 3 or 4 in morning to false fire alarms. People are still smoking in their apartments. Big, big Roach problem. People move in only to leave in middle of the night. We the residents never get acquainted. I realize people want their privacy, but I don’t can’t tell the residents from thieves.. Worse problem is we’re stuck in building when rain waters form a lake we can’t drive thru. I think I have addressed all the inconveniences. NO SECURITY HEALTH CONCERNS PARKING LOT
I just moved in management was great friendly very out going I seen the reviews on Casa De oro before I moved in . It’s very clean it’s not what I read so come in a found out for your self not what you read thanks Happy with my apartment
I recently moved in and this is an amazing place to live. The manager is amazing and very welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and it is always clean.
I lived there for two years.......this place needs work... management is a joke...elavtor s are always broke...very old building, out dated building....full of roaches...even in my microwave was full of roaches..sick... I left as much as I could behind....this place is not worth moving into.....
