Greeted as soon as I walked in. Smiling faces by all staff members. Everyone was so happy to be there. Very impressed.
My mom has been absolutely wonderful. She has made friends and walked more than ever. She is a revived woman with all the stuff going on.
The Waterford is the best! The staff is awesome, especially Aurora! My mother is very well taken care of and is happy with the friendships she has made with the staff and other residents. I highly recommend the Waterford for your mother if you need a top notch Assisted Living facility for her.
The lady at the front desk was sure in a hurry to get me signed up, what happened to the people on the waiting list, or is their really a waiting list?
The rooms are spacious and nice. The food is wonderful. The staff is very caring and responsive. They have done a fabulous job making my mom feel special.
