Chateaux Serenity Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility

Our mom has been living at Chateaux Serenity for several months now. She is safe and happy surrounded by a lovely group of residents and a sweet caring staff. The facilities are great and the home style environment is comfortable for mom and us when we visit. If there are any issues, the staff informs me right away so we can work out what to do. If you are looking for a nice place for mom or dad, go see Mrs. V for a lovely visit.

My Mom moved into Chateaux Serenity in February, 2025. The home is beautiful and everything is new, clean and comfortable for all of the residents. The backyard is wonderful as is the welcoming front porch where my Mom loves to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. For my Mom‘s birthday, Miss V had the sweetest party with appetizers, grilled food, sides and desserts, along with bringing in an entertainer who played piano and guitar for everyone. I can’t say enough about the love and care my Mom receives from Miss V and the whole staff. Mom and all the residents are treated like family. Thank you, Miss V, for having the kindest heart with all of them. We could not have found a better place for Mom!

My mother spent her last three weeks at Chateaux Serenity and I am so grateful. She received excellent care in beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend the facility.

It is certainly my honor to write a review of the Chateaux Serenity Asst Living Facility, as this was my beloved mother's final home before passing away late last year. In a million years did I ever think our family would need to resort to placing my mother in a "home" that was not her own or with someone in her immediate family, but sadly, due to her failing health, this became necessary. The journey to finding the Chateaux was not easy - in fact it was quite painful emotionally. While I believe there are assisted living homes that provide adequate care for our senior citizens, the majority of places (at least in the Houston area) do not. Yes, the better places do exist, but often at a premium cost. Even then, you are not guaranteed the very best of care. I'll fast forward to how my mother came to the Chateaux. We had placed her at a facility very close to my home so that I could look in on her daily. With the help of our leasing agent and reviews we researched; we found what we thought was the best place for her. It was not. She was there only a short while because it was determined she needed more attentive, round the clock care. We visited many other homes in the northwest Houston area, only to determine there was not a place suitable for my mother - she deserved so much better and more than what we were finding (and witnessing) upon our visits. We had begun to discuss next steps - whether or not we needed to simply hire someone for 24/7 care and seriously consider letting her move in with one of our family members. Then, thinking we had reached the end of our options, we stumbled across Chateaux Serenity - a beautiful home in the Conroe/Montgomery County area - that met ALL of our needed requirements for my mother's level of care. The owner, Veronique, and office manager, Charlie, came for a visit while my mother was temporarily "rehabilitating" at a facility in Conroe. It was evident from their first meeting that Angels on Earth had visited and taken my mother under their protective wings. Chateaux not only offered qualified 24/7 care, but their home was fit for a king or queen with lavish furnishings, delicious homecooked meals, engaging activities, and a very loving, supportive and respectful environment in which to heal, live, and even pass away with great care and dignity. This was the case for my mother. We knew her days were numbered, but the care she was given the 4 months she lived there - the respect she was shown, we could not have asked for anything more from the Chateaux. And while assisted living care can be quite expensive, the care my mother received was worth every dime...and then some. Our family will be forever grateful to Veronique, Martha and Seran for the care my mother received there. If you are looking for a high-quality residential home whereby quality of care, dignity and respect of your loved one is of paramount importance, look no further than Chateaux Serenity.
