I truly enjoyed my stay there. The staff was accommodating and helpful, I truly loved enjoyed my apartment, the people were friendly - I definitely felt connected. It was a good fit for me. Apartments are nice. The one bedroom was comfortable for me, and I was using a powerchair. Not a lot of storage, but I didn't have a lot of stuff.

There is a great sense of security at this community, I feel extremely safe living here which is very important for people our age. The staff have been wonderful, they are so friendly and helpful. The meals and dining service is excellent, and the activities are terrific. They have everything here and we can participate in as little or as many as we want and they also have a bus service.
The facility was a little older than others we looked at. Really the bathrooms were the main issue - they still had tubs, and we needed a handicap accessible walk-in shower for our loved one. Which was surprisingly difficult to find elsewhere as well. . .
I live in the independent living side. When I moved in, it was spotless. It's been wonderful here. There isn't really any storage room, and there's no pantry, but other than that, I love my apartment. I enjoy sitting and looking out the window and watching the squirrels and the birds in the bird baths. It's peaceful here. It's a gated community with 24-hour surveillance, which is all good for me. All the activities and outings I've gone on I've enjoyed - Blue Bonnet trail, Ham's Peach Orchard, The Arboretum, and various other activities like that.
