Clean facility, very pleasant and engaging staff, busy with patients and very caring. Ii was very impressed.
My dad has spent a year at Collinwood. I visit my dad regularly every week, and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile from all the staff members. My mom is in a different nursing home in the area, but the differences in cleanliness, care, communication, and staff are obvious. I can tell that the staff, including Randy (executive director), genuinely cares about the well-being of my dad and will do their best to keep him comfortable and happy. I haven’t had any issues here at all. I’m writing on my daughter’s account but she also visits her grandpa here often. We can both agree that we trust the people at Collinwood to take good care of him. Thanks for everything you guys do!

The staff who welcomed us at the entrance were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to accomplished our purpose in going there, which is distributing the Bibles to patients and staff as well. The building set up was easy to locate. Adequately labeled and easy to follow through.
