Resident & family reviews

Recovering away from home is never easy, but the excellent care and support I have received here have made all the difference. I am deeply grateful to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of skilled nursing or rehabilitation services.

For the most part, patient care was non-existent! Rude and uncaring staff overall, especially the night staff. Food was barely edible. I finally left a week before I was scheduled because i couldn't stand being there any longer.

If you love your mom, don’t let her go here. They will let someone with sepsis just lay there until they are unconscious before they finally get them to the ER… but at that point, its too late. And you will lose your loved one. Just a word of warning

My sister-in-law, Alberta is a resident of this facility. She's been here over a year. She has dementia. I must say I've been very satisfied with her career. I visit at least three times a week. so l Celeste is the nurse that take care her🙏🏾🙏🏾

We cannot thank Celest, enough for the incredible care she provides to my family member. From day one, it was clear that this isn't just a job for her—it’s a calling. She always treats my aunt with such dignity, patience, and genuine affection. Knowing Celest is there gives our family a peace of mind that is truly priceless. She is a ray of sunshine in our lives, and we feel so blessed to know she takes extra care of our love one when we are away. Thank you💜

The staff is top notch and it’s like being at the Ritz Carlton compared to the place I was in previously! I highly recommend it!

This nursing home has great rehab and all the staff is very professional and kind I will recommend this facility to anyone!

When my mom walked in, the nurse said my dad was being a bad boy. He had been yelling all morning. She walked in to find him with his legs swollen, and on his stomach. He was in terrible pain. She called 911 and told the nurse she was pissed at the care she saw. The nurse shrugged it off. When my dad got to the hospital he was severely dehydrated and had urosepsis. It put him into a coma and he nearly died. He had dementia, and so it took him down mentally to the point where he could not cognitively function anymore. We moved him to a different facility.
