3.8 · 98 reviewsHad a recent family member there. I saw her 3 days after admission. Had not had a bath. Clothes still in a bag on bedside table that were sent from the hospital. Facility had not notified her daughter(who was out of town) that she had been transferred in. I called her to let her know. She then called the DON to complain. Daughter is an RN who had worked there a few years ago. DON told her patient did not have clothes with her. I was in the room and saw them. She was supposed to be getting PT but had not seen a physical therapist. Very poor care and no accountability. Daughter came home 3 days…

I am also an RN and would not recommend this facility.
Conditions were absolutely horrible and unsanitary. The place smelled like urine. The staff was very rude. They were yelling and screaming at other patients and and Mr. Pope and it's just unsetti, I don't know I wanna call adult protective services that's exactly what I wanna do, so I'm not happy with the condition we had to take him out of there immediately due to everything. Thank you Take

My mother, Gloria Q. Bernal, was a patient at CCNRC for about 10 months. She would like to say, "Thank you for taking such great care of me. The staff made me feel like my extended family. I love everyone at CCNRC. I would like to personally thank the CNAs: Amanda, Britney, Isabel, Samari, Ayana, Melissa, Art, Clifford, Allen, Charisse, Will, Breanna, Brenda, Paige, Lupita, Yvette, Jennifer, and Ashley. I would like to personally thank the Nurses: Mary Lou, Mary Alice, Kim, Monica, Brenda, Roxy, Lori, I would like to thank the Medication Aids: Dan, Delia, Betty Jo, and Alma. I would like to thank Physical Therapy: Ernie, Elisa, and Gabby. I would like to thank Activities: Sandra. I would like to thank the Social Worker: Kendra. I would like to thank the Housekeepers: Sandra and Mary. I would to thank Wound Care: Mary and Kelly. Lastly, I would like to thank Jacob who works in the Business Center.
Food quality is horrible!!! I would definitely not recommend eating the food.
This is a horrible place very unprofessional!! My mother has been there for just under one year they leave her soiled in her bed or wheelchair my brother & I have tried & tried to speak w/ someone about a situation w/ her phone no one will return our calls we both live far away I am disabled & can’t travel to talk to someone in person my brother is not able to go there either only time we got a lil bit of help was when we threatened to make a welfare check w/ police department which I’ll probably have to do AGAIN!!! They are very rude & no help @ all from anyone there including the social worker which by the way they seem to have a revolving door when it comes to employees always different people we are not @ all satisfied w/ their services looking for the next step to get some help this place needs to be shut down!!
The staff is so professional friendly. They also went the extra mile to get my in for respite at the last minute. I really appreciate Ms Garrett.
