This building feels like home . Greeted by passionate staff and positive management can really change the perception of the stereotypical nursing home. Arbor View is dedicated to their residents 24 hours daily. They know that the staff arent just caretakers , they are family.

There's always something fun going on here, from animal visits to live music and bake sales. Every time I visit, I see residents that are loved and well cared for. The staff is friendly, familiar, and very caring. The (older than most) building looks prettier and prettier every time I visit, but I'm not really that worried about the building. I'm more worried about how they care for the people. The fact that there's a dedicated activity director for memory care, and the whole staff is trained on dementia just shows how much they care about their residents and the quality of life. I'm so happy…

After my uncle Following a decline in health after being placed in facilities within Bexar County, our family has been searching for a more conveniently located facility. The chosen facility, while imperfect, has demonstrated a commendable willingness to cater to our family's requirements. Although its aesthetic appeal could be enhanced and a deep cleaning would be beneficial, these improvements could significantly enhance its overall presentation.
