4.7 · 30 reviewsAs a family member I thought the staff was very attentive to my mother. They were very nice to me when I had questions about her care or needed something for her. The environment is very calm and relaxing for all the elderly patients there. I would bring my mom back here for therapy if she needs it again.
I had a very positive experience with El Paso Health & Rehabilitation Center. The staff was caring, attentive, and always treated residents and families with kindness and respect. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my loved one was in good hands. The nurses and therapists were professional, patient, and truly dedicated to providing quality care and rehabilitation. I appreciate the compassion and support shown throughout the entire stay. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do!
Estoy muy contenta y me voy muy feliz y las voy a extranar. Me voy porque me tengo que ir no porque quiera. Todo el equipo de terapia me ayudo mucho, muy maravillosos todos, Joe, Santiago, Adry. Worst place ever they shower the patients with cold water my grandpa had to go to the hospital after we got him out of this filthy place my grandpa was eating a candle when we got their they has water leaks and they place would flood when u would go to the restroom theor would be cockroaches crawling out a nurse was yelling at my mom to clean up my grandpas pee because they didn’t put a diaper on him and they would never change his diaper my grandma was always doing it also the place looks nothing like the pictures
When you enter they dont even acknowledge you,and are very rude,wouldn't want to bring my parents here,first impressions matter.
Shout out to Vanessa, Area Director of Marketing for always being willing to jump in and help patients who need good quality care and service but also a new home. This team is amazing!!

The nurses and CNAs a very hard workers they are very efficient and always willing to help anyone that needs it it's a very clean and the atmosphere is good to work at
