Ellery Arbor Memory Care is truly a wonderful place. The recent renovation of the facility and resident rooms is absolutely amazing. One of the most unique and thoughtful features is the indoor “street” with its shops and movie theater — it creates a sense of familiarity and comfort for residents and really helps make it feel like home. The food is excellent, and the kitchen staff does an incredible job. The nursing staff is caring, compassionate, and always helpful. Ellery Arbor Memory Care is truly a wonderful place. The recent renovation of the facility and resident rooms is absolutely amazing. One of the most unique and thoughtful features is the indoor “street” with its shops and movie theater — it creates a sense of familiarity and comfort for residents and really helps make it feel like home. The food is excellent, and the kitchen staff does an incredible job. The nursing staff is caring, compassionate, and always helpful. The executive director and entire staff genuinely care deeply for the residents and their families. They truly make you feel like family. Highly recommend Ellery Arbor to anyone looking for a caring and welcoming memory care community!
Although a very beautiful place,it is confusing locating clent,not sure what a hall looks like.

PSA: DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE! For what these people are charging, nothing and I mean absolutely NOTHING is worth having residents be mistreated. The entire Management team is disrespectful, from the ED Christin Cain, Down to the nurse Rebecca Reaves! There is absolutely no reason that our family members should not be taken care of properly. Within the past year this place has gone down tremendously and should be SHUT DOWN and everyone on should be drug tested! Especially management! They hide important information from family that we should know and once home office comes around they cover up everything! The facility is filthy and is never properly cleaned and pest control has not stepped one foot in the facility whatsoever in the past year! The employees that actually do care about our residents are continuously quitting for being mistreated or fired for reporting the facility to the state! Residents who have been there for only a few months are dying faster than residents who have been there for years! Everyone at this point should lose there licenses because they are simply incompetent! I repeat THIS FACILITY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT TEAM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED SO SOME CHANGES CAN HAPPEN.
This care center is patient-focused and it shows in the staff and design. Great place for a loved one.

Ellery Arbor is a wonderful place and community for memory care! I immediately felt at ease and knew this would be a perfect fit for my mom. The caregivers are loving and really know the residents. We have been so blessed to have her reside here. The updated decor is also very welcoming and cozy.
Newly renovated facility which is wonderful. Glad the investors realized it was time to fix the place up. The caregivers are kind and caring but they are understaffed and work double shifts. It is impossible to have them follow through on my mother’s individual care plan to offer a shower every day with the understanding that she may decline. The caregivers do not even follow through on the facility’s policy for her normal scheduled showers. The staff training is sub par.
