WE love it here! Everything is terrific. The staff is absolutely top notch : professional, friendly, ultra helpful. When we need a light bulb changed or some such, they are Johnny on the spot. We are independent and aren't looking for lots of activities but we attend most and enjoy them. It really IS a community! Just the right size for us. The other residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is terrific; love Kerrville, especially for the art and music options. Always something to do in the community. Love also that it's on the edge of town and there's so very much open space and…

WE love it here! Everything is terrific. The staff is absolutely top notch : professional, friendly, ultra helpful. When we need a light bulb changed or some such, they are Johnny on the spot. We are independent and aren't looking for lots of activities but we attend most and enjoy them. It really IS a community! Just the right size for us. The other residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is terrific; love Kerrville, especially for the art and music options. Always something to do in the community. Love also that it's on the edge of town and there's so very much open space and around the property. The Gualupe River and trail are huge onuses. It has totally been up to us choosing where we wanted to live, our family had no real say. But they're very pleased that we're happy here and that we're near them (in San Antonio)
My loved one is a resident at Emerald Cottages of Kerrville and most everything has been great at this facility. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They are supportive and available. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Beautiful place, absolutely stunning. Huge spacious closets, full kitchens, and the manager is one of the nicest women I've ever met. They even have access to some of River Point's facilities. I promise you will love it here, it's impressive to say the least.
My dad is doing just fine and loving life. The staff are the main reason he is doing well. He is in the independent side and the people that are working there are absolutely phenomenal. They befriended him and check on him, they are great. He prepares his own meals in his apartment, he is still cooking. We wanted the best for my dad and he is in a great spot. When I retire I want to go there too.
