Friendly staff, attentive to residents! Smiling faces all around, kudos to the administrator!
There is so much wrong with this facility, but I will begin by highlighting the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the evening staff. From the manner in which calls are answered at the nurses’ station to the poor quality of patient interactions, particularly involving hospice patients, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I absolutely, would not recommend placing a loved one in this facility, even if they are currently in good health. For future residents who require special dietary accommodations, it is important to understand that these needs may not be properly honored,…
For future residents who require special dietary accommodations, it is important to understand that these needs may not be properly honored, regardless of what is promised during the admissions process. Unfortunately, the admission staff will “say anything to get you in the door.” Additionally, I am highly disappointed with the individuals responsible for roommate assignments. Compatibility between residents does not appear to be prioritized, despite how important it is to a patient’s comfort, mental well-being, and overall quality of life within the facility. If I could go through this process again, I would have ensured that my loved one was admitted elsewhere.
The housekeepers here do a really well job of keeping my room cleaned and organized. Alexis in admissions is very sweet and welcoming to all of us. The cnas on my hall are very good and helpful
This nursing is worst place to admit your loved one. They don’t care about the patient, it’s dirty careless about their patients. They mix their cloth & loses them, they mistreat people & don’t feed them as needed. Some of the employees are careless and all about put in hours and collecting their check not their patients. The don’t change them as needed and kept my family member wet & dirt for two days. I wouldn’t want my worse enemy to go to them👎🏽!
My father is there and he likes it. The staff is very nice, The doctor is nice, and accessible. It's cleaner than the last center he was in. The only issue I have is the handling of the patients personal items.

My father was sent her for rehab after his surgery. He was only there for 3 days until his surgery wound got infected, and he was sent to the er. They didn't had wound care supplies they claimed, and then had the audacity to ask if he wanted to return to that horrid place, sorry no To be fair there was a couple employees with compassion toward my father. But other wise they just out for themselves just check there social media, filled with self praising post , gross....
I am very thankful for this facility and the team for taking great care of my father! The administrator Brad, business office manager, Sybrena, admissions director, Alexis, director of nursing, Katherine, and SW, Lindsay were very helpful when transferring our father from hospital to their facility and communication with myself and family. I would highly recommend this facility!
