I am deeply disappointed with the significant decline in the quality of care at this assisted living facility. What was once a supportive and attentive environment has unfortunately deteriorated to the point where consistent care is no longer present. It became evident over time that the staff was either overworked, undertrained, or simply unavailable—leaving residents without the attention, compassion, and assistance they deserve. One of the most troubling aspects was the extremely high turnover rate among staff members. This level of instability speaks volumes about the facility’s inability to retain qualified and dedicated professionals. The constant changes made it difficult to build trust or maintain any sense of continuity in care, which is absolutely critical in this kind of setting. It’s heartbreaking to witness a place that should provide comfort and safety instead become a source of stress and concern. Families place their trust in these facilities to care for their loved ones with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, this facility failed to live up to that responsibility. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this location to anyone seeking reliable and compassionate care for their loved one.
