This is my personal opinion of experience, I personally come to sit with my resident/family member, 3 to 4 days a week for 8 months now, This place was horrible, I was not impressed at all, I been working in nursing facilities for over 30 years, When I started talking to the family about moving our resident to a different facility, There was a big change a new management took over, Then a new administrator took over, Everybody said things will change. Of course, I was not gonna hold my breath, But Tina the new administrator, Showed me miracles can happen, She is absolutely amazing, She has been doing so many different changes in this facility. I am so impressed and so happy. Even my resident/family member is becoming more happy to be here, And the most important thing that Tina does for this facility is actually talk to her residence and listens to them and spends time with them, I can’t wait to see all the changes of improvement, Tina was the best thing to happen for this facility, I am so happy to be here, I know in the near future this facility will be #1. Thank you Tina and nursing staff for all you do for these residence and community.
The facility is clean and everyone is so professional and welcoming. The entire team goes above and beyond. I would definitely recommend for families in search of a new home for their love ones.. 5 Star!
I had a great experience at Falcon Point. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and treats residents with kindness and respect. The facility is clean, organized, and has a positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Falcon Point to anyone looking for a caring and professional place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Falcon Point Acute Care has recently have new ownership but fortunately still retains Jereco, Director of Nursing, who professionalism and leadership has provided our family member whenever needed. He cares about our concerns and promptly responded with good solid solutions. We also are thankful for Belinda, Director of Financial, who helped and advised the best medical insurance options and most of all her integrity and compassion have helped us tremendously.
Our family had a wonderful experience with this skilled nursing facility during my grandmother's rehabilitation. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The nurses, therapists, and caregivers worked together to help her regain her strength while keeping us informed every step of the way. The therapy team was encouraging and truly invested in her progress, and the facility was always clean and welcoming. Knowing she was receiving such attentive care gave our family tremendous peace of mind during a challenging time. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and professionalism of everyone who cared for her. I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality short-term rehabilitation for a loved one.
This place needs new management. James and Jereco is a joke. The ADON you can barely understand what she says and she don’t have any answers to the question we ask. This place never has linen, my mom couldn’t receive a bath. The nurses are rude and you can never find a CNA. We removed our love one from this facility. We came to management with concerns a few times but nothing got better. .
Sydney is great! And the Rehab department did a fantastic job! 5/5
Falcon Point Post Acute has been a wonderful partner in providing quality care to our seniors in the Katy and Sugar Land community. Sydney Kethley, PTA consistently goes above and beyond—she’s approachable, dependable, and takes the time to ensure patients feel supported throughout their therapy journey. The staff is professional, the facility is well-run, and the overall experience reflects a strong commitment to patient-centered care. I’m proud to recommend Falcon Point to both my colleagues and clients.
