I moved to the Farmersville Senior Apartments following a lengthy hospital stay. The convenience of two meals a day provided and once weekly housekeeping services make the affordable rent even more appealing. The staff have all been helpful and professional.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Farmersville Health and Rehabilitation! From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion of the entire team. The staff truly go above and beyond in every way possible. The nurses and caregivers are not only highly skilled and attentive, but they treat every resident with dignity, kindness, and respect. They take the time to listen, to encourage, and to provide comfort — and that level of personal attention makes all the difference. It’s clear that this is not just a job for them;…

The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-managed, and the communication with families is excellent. Every question is answered thoroughly, and you always feel informed and supported. The therapy team is outstanding, providing top-notch rehabilitation services with patience and expertise. Knowing your loved one is in a place where they are genuinely cared for brings incredible peace of mind. Farmersville Health and Rehabilitation sets the standard for quality care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional rehabilitation and long-term care services. Truly a five-star experience in every way! 🌟

I came from a two-month hospital stay to the Farmersville Senior Apartments that are next door. The two ladies that came to the hospital so I could sign paperwork were amazing. Thank you Robin & Victoria for msking a great first impression that was one of the reasons I decided to make this my home. My apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and meets my needs. Two meals a day, weekly housekeeping, and onsite laundry are convenient. The business office is helpful and professional. Thank you, Genia. Overall, it's well priced, well maintained (thank you Oscar), and it's in a quiet neighborhood…

Farmersville Health and Rehab has been a god send for our family. After the horrible experience we had at Lexington within 48 hours of admission we had lost hope in nursing homes and were terrified to try again but my mind was changed within one hour of checking in at FHR. Every one of the staff there has been amazing you can tell they really care about their patients and want to help. Not only do they perform their duties but they go above and beyond to provide fun activities to keep the residents engaged and encourage them all to spend as much time as possible out of their rooms. All the nurses/CNA and social worker have helped so much with getting in touch with different doctors to adjust my grandmothers medications and make sure she is getting the best care. She has Alzheimer’s and recently broke her hip at home unfortunately mentally she has really began to decline rapidly but I couldn’t ask for better communication from the staff. They keep me informed on any issues and if they are having any problems with her refusing meds at night they call me to assist which I’m so grateful for! I really can’t say enough good about the staff there and I wish I had the authority to give them a nice bonus or a huge raise. I’ve personally seen what they have to do all day and to have the patience and desire to keep coming everyday deserves the greatest recognition. The staff at Lexington down the road should really head over to FHR for training on how a facility should be ran and patient care. -Cally Nerwich

I highly recommend Farmersville Health & Rehab. My brother spend almost a year there before his recent passing. We spent time in probably 5 other rehabs/nursing homes before Farmersville that I would not have written a review for any of them but wanted to publicly thank the staff here. It is not the most modern or up-to-date facility but the staff was always amazing. I can't even begin to name everyone but from the management, to the nurses, medical assistants, aides, dining crew, & maintenance -- absolutely everyone was so kind, helpful and I believe really cared about my brother. Everyone seemed to have a positive attitude and love their job. Most had worked there for many years and turnover seemed very low which must say something about the environment for staff also. I always felt welcome visiting, requests for my brother's special needs were accommodated, if there were ever any issues they were immediately addressed, and I thought their food was always very creative, looked appetizing and beyond what you normally get at a care facility. Like any place, there was an issue from time to time but they quickly found a solution that was best for the patient and family. Even when my brother deteriorated, staff would go above and beyond to make him as comfortable as possible based on what they knew he liked. When he passed, it felt like saying goodbye to family. If you have concerns about how your loved one will be treated and cared for, this is the place look into. Thank you Farmersville Health & Rehab for everything!

My mom went to this place back in February 2024 with Dementia. Now they have all doped up with Xanax and Seroquel so they don't have to watch and take care of her. Now they are kicking her out. They keep sending her to the hospital and they can't find anything wrong. So they bring her back. Don't take your loves one there. It's a bad place.

If you care about your loved ones, please avoid this facility. The lack of care, compassion and concern for their residents is extremely obvious that they don’t care. My father was mistreated in his final days at this facility. We were told it was easier for him to urinate on himself than them trying to transfer him to the restroom. Also one of their nurses gave my sister liquid morphine to administer to my father herself as the nurse left the room. I brought all of this to the director of nursings attention and she had zero response. After dad passed their lack of compassion for his things that they packed was completely disgusting, we had to throw several things away due to liquid poured all over his things. They then tried to tell us that those certificates would mean nothing in a few years. Who are they to even say that to us??? It is really sad that we trusted this facility to take care of our loved one and this was how he was treated in the end.

Absolutely horrible conditions existed at this location when my mother was there. They cannot get a handle on an infection she had and I believe it was because of the state of the facility. The infection my mom had wound up being her death sentence. After my mom passed I dealt with them for months because they said I owe them money which I do not. My mom had no money left her name after her passing but the facility claims I am responsible for owed. We finally got this settled a few years back and then I get a bill in the mail saying I owe again. When I call to discuss this I get the running around yet again like last time. Now they won't answer my calls. If you love someone don't put them in this cesspool of a rehabilitation center!!! I wish I would have kept the pictures from this place.
