l love it, we all have good days and bad days and the staff always make our bad days better. Great Place to send your loved ones
This place is horrible! I have a friend who lives there and she is treated badly. The staff steals from the residence and often makes them cry. Such a deplorable place

Do not place your loved one here. Caretakers, CNA's and "nurses" will steal from their residents. Anything from prescription medications, jewelry to lotions and sprays. They post photos of the residents without their consent to social media, even their health statuses and conditions. Horrible place.
No transportation services No recreational activities
Not sure where high ratings come from but I would NEVER place a loved one here. Have seen windows broken out of residents room with sharp glass exposed, resident prescriptions missing, extremely poor food (have seen a plain hot dog served for lunch and dinner same day with nothing else, breakfast as a piece of toast with nothing else, and time where the only night attendant left the premise, and much more.
I had a relative stay there and complaint that the staff was mean and always yelling at them. I did not witness it at first but one evening when I stopped to dropp off supplies, I saw how bad it was. The food was also not nutriciouse, lots of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.
Unprofessional people I don't see how anyone is allowed to stay there yuck!
