Beautiful! Place and very helpful and caring Staff. A Special THANK YOU to Ms. MaKenzie on Saturday, August 8th around 3:45 pm for OUTSTANDING!!! Customer service. Makenzie gave a beautiful warm smile and heartfelt greeting and assisted my family and I with Much heart and professionalism.
The staff WILL steal your loved one’s things. My mother had multiple items stolen from her by staff there. I mean, what do you expect, it’s Dallas. I should have brought her out here to West Texas.
So far, the patient care techs are very impatient. Dad is hard of hearing and had a difficult time understanding staff. Management need to retrain PCT's on customer service and patience, and recheck monthly. Maintenance seems an afterthought
Five Points refused to admit me based on false information, made assumptions instead of reviewing my real medical needs, blocked me from speaking to anyone in charge, and hung up on me twice. Completely unprofessional and discriminatory.
My mother was placed here September 25, 2025. And if there was a way to give this place a zero. I would. The staff was advised that she needed medical and dental assistance. Five months later, she still has received either. I have watched the staff change. That seems to an over used excuse. "We dropped the ball". February 5th, I was told my mother was finally seen by a dentist. They went as far as to ask if I wanted her teeth clean. (She wasn't seen!) I called every day asking for a return call. Each day, my request was escalated with the same results. NO CALLS OR RESULTS. I went to the facility and was greeted by a rude and unprofessional female at the front desk. After multiple requests to speak with an administrator. She still redirected me to the social worker. Once again, we dropped the ball was the answer provided. Or this will be addressed. I did a follow up this week. Nothing has changed! Same rude and unprofessional answering the phone. Mother still hasn't been scheduled or seen. **My mother wears dentures that she super glued together. Resulting in sores and gum issues. It was noted that she needed to seen by a cardiologist. Yet, I'm supposed to except, "we dropped the ball". The ball was not dropped while processing her payments.
I was going to hold off reviewing this horrible facility until all the investigations are done. But I can’t stand a place that doesn’t take responsibility for their workers actions. I found one 1 person that seemed to care. Robert. The director had no empathy for what happened to my mother in law. She left there after 5 days with a black eye, bruising on her forehead, top of her head and arms. Rash on her legs. They took blood without our knowledge and for no reason. Medication was missed. Dentures busted. Clothes she was wearing wasn’t her own. Shoes missing. Not bathed one time in 5 days. No incident reports filed even though a worker admitted hitting her with the door according to Robert. He is the manager and told this to me and both my sons while the assistant director was there. Roach in the bathroom, screw laying on the roommates bed. This place is disgusting and the treatment I witnessed of the other patients was very disturbing. I’m asking the facility to not respond to this post. If you wish to contact my family and take responsibility for what happened then do it.
I have a good friend that was recently placed there for rehabilitation. He can't get anyone to assist him to use the bathroom. They wouldn't get him a wheelchair. I afraid for his life. He just had major surgery and needs help.
The people there are very helpful from the staff in the office to the aids and other staff that serves there at the care facility. Everyone there takes care of my dad very well. My dad really enjoys the care facility and the staff members!
