Today we moved my mom into Focused Care at Brenham. From the ladies who picked her up for transfer, to the ladies who received her at the home, excellent and very caring staff. Everyone is so welcoming to her. We're excited to see the care she will receive.
I’ve notice the staff really work well together to make sure the residents need are met.

Great environment and they take really good care of my dad.
Was looking for place for my grandma and decided to take a tour here. The staff was so nice and helpful! It was also very clean. Although we are deciding to keep her at home or nursing facility. I definitely would recommend to those looking.
I took my mom to see a resident today. I can’t comment on specific patient care but I can say that the facility seems very clean and orderly. It didn’t have that “nursing home” smell (you know what I’m talking about). The staff were smiling and friendly and the facility had a lot of windows. They have a therapy gym and lots of available activities. My mom's friend was finishing a shower when we arrived and the staff member helping her was smiling and laughing as she fixed the lady’s hair. Mom’s friend seems happy and well cared for.
My father received the utmost respect from these fine people. The staff was incredibly helpful during the application process. When making an appointment for a visit, everyone was polite. The facility was very clean and the property well maintained. I would recommend them for a care option if I was in need of their services again. Thank you Focused Care for everything you did for my family.
If you are looking for atmosphere, this is a good place. But if you are looking for dependable care for your loved one, go elsewhere. The nurses are slow to respond, the food served is cold and other patients are un-attended. Even the driver taking patients to their appointments is reckless. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the rehab therapists were good and seemed to care about their patients.
