My MIL has only been there a short period of time. Every mid morning we would go visit, Everytime, we find my MIL soaking in her waste, no water in the jug, and no response to the call button. When they finally show up and told what is needed it takes them a while to go get the supplies needed. To be fair, there are a couple nurses/Aid who show up and provide proper care. Today, while my wife was talking to her on the phone she was having a hard time breathing , had her hit the call button while she stayed on the line...no response. We called 5 times and no answer. When they finally show up and told what is needed it takes them a while to go get the supplies needed. To be fair, there are a couple nurses/Aid who show up and provide proper care. Today, while my wife was talking to her on the phone she was having a hard time breathing , had her hit the call button while she stayed on the line...no response. We called 5 times and no answer. Heading up there again to have a discussion. Follow up: The family had a discussion with the Director of Nursing and another administor. The outcome was positive. Again, to be fair, Focus did not receive full direction from the hospital doctor that had her transfered there. Collectively and with a few phone calls to the doctor we create a care plan (Honestly, should have been in place sooner). The past 2 days the care has improved. They are now fully aware my MIL is unable to perform certain simple tasks. The correct medication is being administer. There is some improvement with my MIL.
The facts that you refuse to answer the phone, the fact that you don't want to care for your patients the way you suppose to is SAD!!! Oh and all of a sudden all the administrators left for the day smh this place is sad!!!!!!!

Move your loved one as soon as possible from this company. Any of their locations. I give the a one star because I had to select something but they company and staff deserve no stars!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really nice experiment
I highly recommend Focused Care Webster to friends and family. They are known for having several great facilities in the area. Bailee has been amazing to work with—always available, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with.
