My name is Jerald hill and I'm a residence here. Thank y'all for being so sweet to me from the first day I came in here. When I push my call button y'all always come see about me. making sure I'm ok. I love the food and the kitchen staff, CNA and the RN nurses your all good to me. I must say that Miss Juanita Anderson always make time to check on us to see if we need anything just let her know . Thanks for Loving us all.
We love having our brother in here because y'all are giving him the best care. He said he love being here and he's going to stay until he gets better. so I have to say that y'all have the best service!

They don’t respond to call buttons In a reasonable amount of time and the meals are not adequate. … Now my friend says he has bedsores and wants to be transferred. They told him he can’t, but I don’t think that’s true. What about his rights? He told me to do research for him. My father is a lawyer….
I have been the Activity Director 3 years. I have such a loyalty to our residents. I take their care and well being very seriously. I work in a community that has so much love for the residents. We go above and beyond daily. I can honestly say Focused Care Gilmer is the best place to care for your loved one. Just come by and see what we are about. Our residents are happy, active, cared for and loved. It's their home and we are blessed to work in it for them.
