Fort Worth Wellness and Rehab

I have been very impressed with the care and dedication provided by this facility. The Therapy Department (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy) does an outstanding job helping residents maintain independence and improve, communication, and overall quality of life. The therapists are knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and truly invested in each resident’s progress. The Activities Department ran by Precious also deserves special recognition for keeping residents engaged, social, and involved throughout the day. They always provide meaningful activities that promote enjoyment and commitment. It is clear that both departments work hard to create a positive and supportive environment for the residents. Their compassion, professionalism, and commitment to resident well-being make a significant impact on the facility.

Little tedious signing in.we seem to stray farther away from keeping things simple.

This is my 3rd experience with a skilled nursing facility, and I immediately noticed how well the nursing team and staff come together and support one another. In past experiences, the financials were often confusing, but here the business office has made everything clear and easy to understand. I also appreciate seeing residents out and relaxing throughout the day. It’s evident they are attentive and do not leave residents in bed unattended. I highly recommend!

I have gone on a consistant basis to this facility, to visit a neighbor in rehab. The facility is old, the food fair; the staff are tentative and do their. Best to encourage rehabbers to rehab. The smell is still "nursing home smell" : is there ever a way to get away from it? Security is good.
