Caring staff & Great Food!

Great assisted living. Friendly staff, well kept. They also have great activities for residents. Highly recommend.

I love the Fountains, I have been scheduling events here for the past several years! The remolding of the facility is beautiful. Take a look and tour!

OMG this place has really been updated, wish it would take Community inc.

This place has been beautifully remodeled. The staff there is amazing and it is obvious that they really care about their residents.

The renovations are outstanding. The staff take great care of their residents and the Executive Director, Amber Leschhorn, always goes above and beyond for her residents and staff as well. If you haven't taken a tour, you really should! You won't be disappointed

I am the New Marketer for The Fountains of Tyler. This has been a great experience! Our Executive Director, Amber Leschhorn is very supportive and helpful. She works very hard to make sure our Residents have everything they need. It has a friendly, warm and beautiful atmosphere. The renovations are so on point with everything updated. I’m very proud and excited to Market for this home.
