Ellie was very good in keeping the family updated with any concerns or issues that arose. Taking on the huge responsibility of caring for someone’s loved one is daunting, but we highly recommend Ellie and her facility if you’re wanting the best. S. Collins
Eli cared for my husband’s grandmother and Grandfather. She was an excellent Caregiver! She became part of our family and treated the grandparents like they were her own family! I highly recommend her services and can fully vouch for her..
My mother is 92 years old. She lived at home until she fell last year. The fall required surgery and it seemed she developed dementia soon after that. After her stays in 2 different rehab places, my brother and I found Ellie Hendry who manages Golden Hearts in Seguin. My mom has been in her care since last June. I can't express properly how grateful I am to have found her. The care my mother has received is truly wonderful. As I live in Massachusetts I can't even see her that often. You wont find a better care home for your loved ones. The staff is very loving and caring. They provide each patient with one on one care and meet and/or exceed each and every need of their patients. They provide a warm stress free loving and caring environment. They prepare and provide home cook meals every day. They schedule and take all their patients to their doctor appointments. They treat their patients like family. They allow patients family members to visit at any time and also encourage that they do come visit and spend time with them. This is a second generation home health care business and the owner started caring for elderly patients at a very young age so she has many many years of experience. So if your looking for a care home to place a family member in look no further. This is the perfect place to put them.
