They need seating for the families that come to see their loved ones. Also whenever I asked for help for my Mom's toiletry needs, they all acted like they were too busy and took a very long time. Nurses are rude there too. I'm so glad my Mom is in another facility now. That facility is so much better. Lots of seating and also the nurses are way more willing and attentive.
my grandma's room wasn't that great it was messy her bed was broke, the workers there were rude. when we tried to get her a drink we asked a worker to open it and she threw her arms up and said "open it". then down the hall we heard another lady yelling at some people to get back in their rooms. and a lady that was staying there was complaining saying she hasn't ate or had any water. then another lady in a room was yelling for help and saying the worker was hurting her legs. then a male worker was yelling at the same lady to take her medicine saying "take your medicine get a drink or swallow…

My father didn't last much more than a week here and I'll never know the exact circumstances or details of what occurred on the day he passed but it didn't sound like he received the best of care based on his numerous complaints. According to the case manager, the hospital would not release him in an unstable condition for ethical reasons. Additionally, the first room he was in smelled so bad i couldn't visit him for more than a few minutes. The situation was addressed only after i brought it to the attention of corporate. Additionally, the first room he was in smelled so bad i couldn't visit him for more than a few minutes. The situation was addressed only after i brought it to the attention of corporate. The only correspondence I received from these people afterwards was a bill for $80. No condolences or anything like that. Very cold vibe here and I would recommend a different home for your loved one.
The staff took great care of my mom for almost a year. They worked well with other agencies assisting with her care which eased our minds. My mom was a slightly difficult patient but from the Director, Activities Director, nursing staff, cleaning staff, food servers, etc. they all checked on her and met her needs. I am a firm believer, you treat people how you want to be treated. They treated her well. Thank you
It a great place to work and the staff seem like family.
I went there for a interview and the facility was clean and smelled good. That's the first thing I look for because that means the residents are well taken care of. I went to the dining room and I see the residents laughing and joking with staff which also means they are treated well enough for it to feel like home. Definitely would recommend. Staff is also nice and courteous from what I've seen so far.
I lived at Greenbrier for about 2 years before moving to assisted living. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was really good! I even still am in contact with the staff even after leaving. I appreciate them.
Came here for rehab. The food is wonderful. Reminds me of my mom's home cooked meals. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They answer my call light before I even have time to put it down. Thank you for all the great care.
