Many residents appeared to be left in the same spot for long periods of a time with little interaction or movement, which was hard to watch. The management came across as unapproachable and dismissive, creating a tense and unwelcoming atmosphere. it didn't feel like a place where residents are treated with warmth or genuine care. While the owner seemed pleasant on the surface, it felt more like an effort to fill rooms than a true commitment to the well-being of the people living there. From what i observed, there was very little hands-on involvement when it actually matters. I would encourage anyone considering this place to take a very close look before making a decision. I would not feel welcomed or comfortable placing a loved one here.

If i could leave zero stars for Harmony assisted living i would. Families need to understand what they're walking into here, this is not care, it's neglect. I personally witnessed residents being left sitting or lying in the same position for hours without being changed. People are left in their own waste far longer than any human being should ever be. The result? Bedsores and completely preventable suffering. Residents are not fed adequately. Portions are minimal, and it is not uncommon for residents to go to bed hungry. There is also a serious lack of basic safety awareness food and drinks and narcotics left within reach of residents who require supervision, creating dangerous situations that should never happen in a properly run facility. The culture among staff is just disturbing. Instead of showing compassion, there is open disrespect towards residents behind their backs. Management is rarely ever present and doesn't step in to correct these issues, which allows this behavior to continue unchecked. This is not a place where your loved ones will be treated with dignity. Based on what i witnessed, i would strongly urge families to look elsewhere and to ask very hard questions before trusting this facility with anyone's care. The owner will tell you everything you would want to hear just to make herself money. She also doesn't allow the employees to build a relationship with the residents because she rotates them like nothing. Your loved one will be greeted with someone new every two weeks with a new employee.

I’ve spent countless hours & many days visiting my grandfather, & in all that time I’ve watched how this facility operates. The staff here aren’t just "clocking in & out", they genuinely care for the residents, & it shows. They’re treated with respect, but the facility also maintains high standards & doesn’t tolerate sub‑par care. Honestly, I’m grateful that this location takes the time to "weed out" staff who aren’t a good fit, because it means the people you love end up being looked after by those who truly care

I cannot even begin to describe the incredible care that my mom received at Harmony Assisted Living. I feel so fortunate that I found such an amazing place for her to live with the most caring staff. They were always looking out for her and in constant communication with me if any changes or needs occurred. They made her comfortable, kept her stimulated and most importantly made her laugh daily. They took care of all her needs and directed me to any services additionally that she needed including hair care and hospice/nursing care when it was time. Thank you to Alexandra, Emily, and Allyson and their amazing staff for making my mom’s last 3 years the best…..

No Activities for any type of stimulation. Just sit them outside with music in the morning. Does not have a Nutritionist on staff, sandwiches and repeat of same lame meals, like frozen pizza. Maintenance is lacking on the Daily. Cannot keep the place clean. Medication is incorrectly given and prescribed. Weekly doctor only does what the staff tells him to do. Nurse seems like she is taking some of the residents medication herself and asking to distribute to care partners so they can handle the stress levels from upper manager and caring for the residents. Untrained staff by upper management. Care partners are very lacking in being on the floor for the safety of the residents. Probably due to scheduling enough people for shifts. Staff not compassionate especially with showering the residents. Non communication to family members. Non spiritual. No transportation as advertised. No dental as advertised. No weekly grooming as advertised. No way is there a 5 to 1 ratio.

I looked at a lot of facilities before I picked Harmony. All paled in comparison for dozens of reasons. I've already told my girls, that if I need to go to an assisted living facility - Harmony is where I want to go. The facility is clean and bright and happy. The staff is beyond wonderful. They took such good care of my husband while he was there - and he was a challenge much of the time. All of them - kind and compassionate ........ not just to my husband but to me and to all of his family and friends who came to visit. They took the time to get to know us, to know my husband. This is not just a job to these people - they are truly vested in their patients. It's not just words on an advertisement. When my husband passed, the staff cried too. I'm going to miss them honestly - they've become family to me.

We picked this community, because it was a smaller community, and they were able to meet the needs of my loved one. It would be nice, if they offered devotional or church services for the residents. I would recommend to other families.

I think the community is great, it is very well managed and everything. My brother doesn't like it but is because he doesn't believe he should be there. The care staff and all staff are absolutely amazing and we feel very safe having him there.
