During her stay, the staff provided superb care, treated her with kindness, respect and understanding. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this facility to families seeking quality care for their loved ones.
Mi experiencia con Harmony sun city care, fue excelente. Superó mis expectativas. Desde el primer día el personal muy amable y siempre contestaron todas mis dudas. Las instalaciones muy amplias, limpias y al mismo tiempo muy acogedoras, lo cual me dio mucha tranquilidad. También me gusto mucho que uno puede visitar a su familiar dentro de los horarios permitidos, todo el tiempo que quiera y cualquier día sin previo aviso. También me gusto mucho que uno puede visitar a su familiar dentro de los horarios permitidos, todo el tiempo que quiera y cualquier día sin previo aviso. I stayed at Harmony Sun City Care for 2 weeks and it was so peaceful, the food was great and the staff was so kind. Mauricio was so helpful with my medications and was so kind & he made sure I was well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Harmony Sun City Care was an answered prayer and gave me such a peace of mind when I needed a temporary place to care for my sister until I could come get her and bring her home to Virginia. Mauricio was so kind & didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had during her 2 week stay. When I arrived I was so amazed at how peaceful & beautiful the place was & I knew that she was in the best hands and couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to stay as she awaited my arrival. Mauricio & his staff are the absolute best!
Harmony Sun City Care has been a lifesaver for my family. The best, most important phone call I made in 2024 was to Mauricio at Harmony Sun City. I was desperately looking for a very high quality assisted living environment for my mother. I knew from touring numerous assisted living locations in El Paso and Southern California that she wouldn’t do well in a very large facility or a place that seemed more clinical than home-like. But she also needed a place that had excellent, expert care, and experience working with cognitive decline. Harmony has been like a little miracle that met all the criteria we were looking for: a very peaceful, homey environment with no stairs, all on one floor; excellent 24/7 care from expert, truly kind, and genuine caregivers; an extremely dedicated, reliable, and likable Director; strong, consistent communication; expertise in working with cognitive decline; dependable medication management; continuity of care with adjacent healthcare services; and affordability. Well, Mauricio, his staff, and the home-like facility at Harmony Sun City Care have consistently met all of these criteria. I truly enjoy going to visit my mother there and I have peace of mind knowing she is in great and caring hands when I am away. I am forever grateful!

Amazing place!
MIL was there for almost 2 years. She made new friends & was doing well until dementia hit hard. She was very combative & I was impressed how well they handled her. I couldn't have done it. Great facility & people.
