I cannot say enough about Kenna at Haven at Lake Lewisville. She went above and beyond to assist my client and I. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and truly cares about the people she serves. The community has such a warm and welcoming vibe and the residents are truly happy. I can’t say enough about Kenna and the community itself and I look forward to partnering with them again very soon. If you’re thinking about making a move, I definitely recommend checking out Haven at Lewisville Lake and speaking with Kenna!! You won’t be disappointed!

I was hospitalized much of February 2026. I passed out in my apartment and was taken to MC Lewisville, dehydrated with deep tissue injuries to my feet from rhabdomyolysis. I was hospitalized much of February 2026. I passed out in my apartment and was taken to MC Lewisville, dehydrated with deep tissue injuries to my feet from rhabdomyolysis. Found (by management) after my grocery order hadn't been brought in for several days, I fell behind with my rent in February, during my 3rd lease renewal. Management declined to work with me on a repayment plan, though I've paid market rent of $1,600+ for over 3 years. I was to come up with $3,600+ on 4/1 and 800 every two weeks thereafter. I didn't dispute what I owe. Bethany, (Allure Life's) up and coming star, insisted that I'm not capable of affording rent and that I needed to vacate by April 4th or be evicted. She quipped, that I could lease another apartment 'virtually'. My credentials were then blocked on the portal, with no access to my lease and payment ledger. I needed both to apply for rent assistance. Prior to this, I'd waited for nearly a year to have a roof leak along with other maintenance requests resolved. Repairs were finally made in 10/2025, just prior to my most recent lease renewal. One of my neighbor's left last spring. My apartment number, rather than his was mistakenly given to Denton County Precinct 3, to be served for eviction. Got it straightened out after several phone calls though I never received an apology from management. My apartment reeks of cigarette smoke despite signing the annual non-smoking addendum. Should you have scripts delivered, follow delivery to the minute. Go barefoot while attempting to track them down and you may find yourself reported to the office, prompting an urgent apartment wide email message. This will mean something to someone. Pets go barefoot, FFS! The one time I'd requested a medical ride, I got a response after the fact, stating their driver was unavailable. Many, though not all, have subsidized rent which is fine, though in fairness, how about some fairness? I’ve paid community fees for years for services never used. Subsidized or not, it's best to consider your options. If you don't comply, it can get ugly quickly. Why so many details? Without them would you have believed this? They're currently offering 10 weeks off upon lease signing.

The Staff is great they are fun to be around and very helpful!

Great place even greater people! They try very hard to please. Thanks much y’all Bobbie #1112

I would not recommend. Definitely areas of improvement. Rent just went up [fee removed]. Ambulances are here quite often. People are moving out all the time. Noisy neighbors after 10:00 are not made to adhere to the rules. Massage therapist is listed, but in a year, they still don't have one. "Classes are being taught by older residents " in my opinion, it's a joke; not worth [fee removed] per month to live here.

Nice and quiet. Everyone here is very friendly office personal very helpful

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, The office staff is also friendly and are glad to help. There are lots of activities and outing every month. They are also pet friendly. There is plenty security, all the gates wether driving or walking in, you will need a code. So far, I do enjoy everyone and everything

This location is very relaxed. People here are polite a lot of Christians. Trips to the grocery store weekly and daily activities . Also there are fun monthly outings. It is overall a great place to start. It is worth a look. The price is a little higher than it should be.
