Happy vibes all day everyday
I would like to post some thoughts the facility. I am a four+year resident. When I first moved in we were under the old administration. While it was fine, the previous owner was not about to bring any improvements. Maintenance yes. Nothing else. Once the new owners took charge things changed rapidly. Rooms are all being revamped. The kitchen is virtually new. Also the meals are top notch. No place eats as well as us! The new owner was and is the same director only now free to implement care as she sees. Starla knows each one of us individually. Knows our medications. What they are to do and…

We have freedom, activities and outings. It's a safe, comfortable place to live.

How can you run a place that you hate being at/WORKING at. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional. I feel bad for anyone that comes into contact with that lady, let alone the patients and employees.
I Would Give This Places Zero Stars If I Could!!!!! Patients And Employees Are Mistreated!!! Starla Is The Unprofessional! Worst Of All Sometimes Takes Her Anger Out On The Patients!!!! Some Of Them Are Not Given Food If They Get On Her Bad Side!! DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!!!!! IF YOU HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS HERE PLEASE GET THEM OUT AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!
this place should not be in business. the owner is extremely rude and cusses at her employees and doesn’t pay them after firing them for no given reason!! she takes naps throughout the day but god forbid her employee takes a 5 minute break during a 12 hr shift , she owes a past employee over $1k and threatened to call the cops when she tried to retrieve what was rightfully hers!! people are seriously out here trying to do better for themselves and you have people like this lady who doesn’t care about nobody but herself . it’s truly sad . i couldn’t imagine how she treats her residents, if anyone you know stays here i would be heavily concerned . if she treats her employees terrible i can’t imagine how she treats the residents she’s around 24/7.
This place honestly does not even deserve one star. The owner of the facility is very rude and that facility itself is disgusting inside. They can't even keep staff. I don't even know how they get patients lol even looking at the disgusting photos they have posted on the website that is gross
2 of my friends have worked here and she didn’t pay neither of them! Over worked them and all. And now she doesn’t want to pay them a dime!!!
