Resident & family reviews

I love walking into Hilltop park to see my Grandmother, I always get welcomed by Ayden at the front desk, such a very sweet young man he is. You are lucky to have him. The nurses and aides are wonderful, and the new administrator is great as well. Highly Recommend!

Excellent care of the patients by a quality team! Patti Young

This is the biggest mess of a place . Been here a year.nightmare !!!!

The new administrator is horrible. She does not care about the residents whatsoever. Just run

If I could give a review less than 1 i would! Do not put your family member in this place! Recently there has been almost 100% turnover of staff due to a new administrator who's making things very difficult for the staff. As a result the new staff doesn't care about the residents and definitely doesn't care to communicate with family or doctors. My dad recently passed away after the staff said nothing was wrong with my dad. He only went to the hospital after my wife strongly advised he needed to go. His blood pressure was so low it took first responders several tries to get a reading. Upon taking him to the emergency room rhey found out he had kidney failure due to being over medicated, other major infections thru his body, dehydration, medication that was given to him should of never been given. Brusing on his body that couldn't have been from falling. I can go on and ob but regret taking my dad to this facility that was once nice but that changed with the new administration.

Super friendly staff. Actually care about the people that they are taking care of. Clean inside

Agency nurse and enjoyed working with everyone

I was not very impressed with Hilltop Park Rehabilitation And Care Center. It was very clean as far as that could be. However, I like people to care, and I didn't see that the way I should have. I'm very picky; I'm a big advocate for my family and any of my friends. I'm one who they ask to look out for places and to feel them out because I've got a good feel or a bad feel. However, I didn't care about Hilltop Park. There are always things that you can improve in places, but Hilltop Park had a lot of things they needed to improve, in my book. It was beautiful, and it was very clean. But the cleanliness or the niceness around doesn't tell you everything. I just didn't read good vibes there. The person who gave the tour wasn't hands-on, either. In other words, when you're going to show, you're going to go on and on if you want to sell your building. That's how I look at it. However, when you don't, you're not selling your building, not to somebody who is looking for that. Nevertheless, the facility is not bad. It looks great. The dining area is big. They do a lot of activities there.
