We went to Holiday Lincoln Tower. The tour was awesome. The woman who walked us through was just outstanding. All of the employees were very nice. The facility is big and open. It used to be a hotel. There was a pool in the center that was being renovated, but the rooms were very dark. And, it just wasn't very nice when we went in. When we went into the tower where the main rooms were, they were beautiful rooms. They were apartments. We saw an apartment that was just outstanding. It was beautiful. But the problem is this was a hotel and they have not renovated the bathrooms to make them handicap accessible. So, as a senior with a walker or a wheelchair, the bathrooms are not accessible and they are not handicap friendly at all. The doors were heavy. They had locks that he would have had to wrestle with. And that was the only thing that kept us from going there because the facility was great and it was something I think he would have liked very much. But because he is in his 80s and he's handicapped, there's no way that we can put him there. They had great big spaces because it used to be a hotel. The difference that I saw though, had a big list of all of the activities they offer, but I didn't see activities going on. There were big, large rooms with big tables and nobody in them. And like the craft room was downstairs and you could use it, but they didn't schedule things that I could see down there. You had to go down into the basement to do laundry. So if the elevator was out, then he would not have access to it. We would not have access down there unless we went to the first floor and then walked down two flights of stairs to get to the basement.

DO NOT LET ANYONE LIVE HERE! On 4/11/24, my parents are due to move out on 4/12/24, we went by to get the rest of the belongings, and everything is GONE! No one in the leasing office will speak to us, and the sales manager DANA just hangs up and refuses to now answer the phone. She hung up mid-sentence on me and then when she finally did pick up again, she immediately told me that I was harassing her even though I have never spoke to this woman in my life until today for about 60 seconds. WHERE ARE MY PARENTS THINGS?!!!!! You illegally entered their home and threw out their…

Lincoln Tower is a fun active community to live in. You have the freedom you want and the attention you need. This is a very good community. The people that work there are always friendly and happy to help you with what ever you need.

I chose Holiday Lincoln Tower for myself because my only child lives in this town. It's beautiful. They take care of meals and everything I need. I had a sample of the meal, and it was great. They had a chef. The staff members are very friendly. They have a lot of activities. They take you anywhere you want to go on the bus. They have lots of activities planned. Last night when we were moving stuff, I don't know what they were doing, but there was an activity and I saw them all grouped. It was a group activity. They have housekeepers come and change your linens once a week. They make your bed, and they vacuum and stuff like that. I'm not sure about everything yet because I'm still in the middle of moving. I will have a safety button if I need help at any time. They're on-call all the time for help if I need help. They have lovely little apartments. They have food and they have an exercise room. They also steered me in the right direction for the VA to help me a little bit. This will take some time, but I happen to be an eligible VA spouse. And that helps a lot.

Residents are getting agitated because we have no room service. Everyone is responsible for cleaning their own apartment. The pool is still empty! The trash room is almost always overflowing. The staff is very friendly and caring but they can only do so much. They really need a new book keeper at corporate. My rent statement is different each month. I really like it here. I feel safe. I just wish they would get a full staff so we could get some help with our apartments.

After touring and meeting the employees and some of the people that live there. I think this is a fantastic choice for Seniors like myself. This community lives life to it's fullest and appears to have fun doing it. I am excited that I can be part of this community.

They are over the top friendly and i think this will be a great place to live. I plan on moving in soon. They go on outings. They provide three fresh hot meals a day and they make it feel like you are at a real restaurant with fast friendly service.

The overall atmosphere is very peaceful. Very friendly and out going community. They are over the top friendly and i think this will be a great place to live. I plan on moving in soon. Historical and beautiful. Everyone is very caring and supper nice. The food, fun and people are amazing. The outings on their calendar are amazing.
