UPDATE: The Sugar Land location is a Home Sweet Home in name, they were bought from owner that made a comment to this review- as for the location that this person referenced located in Houston my family member was removed from there and put in a hospice facility after a hospital stay and had since passed away. This facility is responsible for their rapid decline in health that they never recovered from and yes the owner (who was prior owner of Sugar Land facility) does know me and a couple other family members well. Both facilities are horrible Update: Since first posting my review things have gotten worse. If minus zero was an option that's what it would be. Family member bullied by caregiver and COMPLETE neglect leading to family member trying to get out of house through window and falling on their head witnessed by neighbor and ambulance and police responded, recieved minor injury. Total disregard for life at this facility (Nantucket Dr in Sugar Land TX) WHERE was a caregiver? The care here is minimal at best. They do not keep family members informed of important/urgent issues. They do not return calls. The current facilty manager is unresponsive to both the residents needs and their family's. There are many days that no one at the home answers the phone. The have current issues with plumbing and are only allowing residents to bathe 3 times a week. This particular facility has been purchased by a new company that is obviously only interested in the money.
