4.3 · 138 reviewsI chose Juniper Village at PH for my mother because, to me, it had smaller, more intimate feel (less institutional). The staff is amazing! They are knowledgeable, caring, flexible, informative and available to help. They are a great team, and are all on the same page to provide necessary support and care for the residents, whom they all take the time to get to know. Star, Emily, Mercy, John, Shakira, Jesse, Sondra (and others) have all gone above and beyond for my mother and our family.
We love doing pest control service at Juniper. A beautiful facility and wonderful staff. ❤️

Think about twice before placing your loves ones in this place. I went and visited my neighbor, that recently was placed in Juniper living, I was a witness when the nurse were picking up an elderly, she fall down, and the only thing the nurse place on her was a bandage, she was actually bleeding, coming down from her forehead. Every time I visit my neighbor ( once a week ) the hallways smells pee, my neighbor rooms , is messy , no housekeeping, her bathroom trash can is always filled up. One time one of the staff asked me if I can watched the whole elderly room, staff are always on their phones. They don’t care , all they care is about the money coming in ! Think twice before taking leaving your love elderly in this place .
I recently did a pop-in visit for my dad, and I was honestly so impressed. The atmosphere was full of life...residents were watching videos, dancing, and enjoying each other’s company. Many were engaged in activities, and you could just feel the sense of community and joy in the room. After visiting other places that felt quiet or dull, Juniper Village truly stood out. It made me feel confident that my dad wouldn’t just be cared for here, he’d be happy. Seeing this warmed my heart, especially with all the friendly staff. Highly considering!!!
My nana LOVES the Arts & Crafts and Happy Hour! I’m so excited to see her active and making cool things with her peers. She speaks highly of the new activity staff!
I would highly recommend this community for any loved one. The staff is so friendly and they truly care about to residents they serve. There has also been a renovation which looks amazing! The care staff including Mercy are top notch.
The parking is horrible. The staff take up most of the parking. There is parking in the rear of the building with a sign above a door saying “employees only” but staff do not park there, they park up front and in the handicap spaces. So when you go visit your relatives and/or take them out, there is no where to park. I have addressed this several times, yet it continues to happen.
